if you using windows vista or windows 7 you will appear with this pop up but don't worry you can run windows doctor by clicking right mouse button
To run norton win doctors
norton win doctors to setup the scanning type

Click text box to remove / skip scanning
When scanning fininh the Problem detected will appear group by category
Click on the category problems and click Repair to repair certain problem but if you want to repair all problem click Repair All
Scanning problem finish
